Good morning from Maine the place the clouds have returned after yesterday’s reprieve from what seems like a month of rain. It is a fantastic morning for making pour-over espresso and sipping it at a leisurely tempo. However since I’ve younger youngsters, I will not be sipping it at a leisurely tempo. As an alternative, I am going to drink it whereas we prepare for a go to to the Maine Wildlife Park. It is certainly one of our favourite locations to go whatever the climate.
