Good morning from Maine the place the clouds have returned after yesterday’s reprieve from what seems like a month of rain. It is a fantastic morning for making pour-over espresso and sipping it at a leisurely tempo. However since I’ve younger youngsters, I will not be sipping it at a leisurely tempo.
