“What I Need”
MUNA is a trio from Los Angeles, made up of Katie Gavin, Josette Maskin, and Naomi McPherson. They’ve been making music collectively since 2013, after they met in school. Their third album, which is self-titled, got here out in 2022, and Rolling Stone, Stereogum, The Guardian, and others, named it probably the greatest albums of the 12 months. Consequence of Sound known as MUNA the 2022 Band of the 12 months.
I talked to MUNA in regards to the track “What I Need,” which they co-wrote with Leland. Leland is an artist and songwriter whose different credit embrace Selena Gomez, Charli XCX, and Troye Sivan.
